Jack joined Broughton shortly after graduating from Sheffield Hallam University in 2018, with a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry.

Jack started as a Scientist in the lab, performing QC batch release and stability testing. He progressed through Senior Scientist and Team Leader roles before becoming the Senior Team Leader for Coleby House in 2024.

As Senior Team Leader, Jack is responsible for day-to-day laboratory operations, leading the team to ensure a consistently high level of service is provided to all of Broughton’s clients.

Jack maintains a high-performing team by working closely with laboratory staff, focusing on the efficient release of high-quality data.

By fostering an environment of collaboration and accountability, Jack ensures that Broughton remains a trusted partner for companies seeking reliable and efficient GMP laboratory services.
