Jay is the manager of our analytical development team, having joined Broughton in 2019 and prior to becoming the analytical development manager he managed Broughton's laboratory operations group. Jay formally spent 23 years working in cGMP, Pharmaceutical Analysis for a major contract research organisation in the UK where his main focus was towards inhaled formulations. Since joining Broughton in 2019 he has expanded his inhaled product portfolio to include vape and heated tobacco products. He started his career at the laboratory bench, eventually progressing to the role of study manager where he was responsible for overseeing the conduct of multiple product development, batch release and stability safety assessment projects for various Pharma clients spanning the Far East, Europe and the US.
