Julia Say

Director of Human Resources

Julia Say is the Director of HR at Broughton. She joined the Broughton Group in January 2022 with HR experience built across a range of different industries and sectors including manufacturing, distribution, financial services and HR consultancy.

Julia’s HR career has been as a solid generalist working in senior and boardroom level roles. Qualified with CIPD, Julia is active within the HR community and an avid supporter of HR as a champion for improving working life. With a varied career before moving into HR, including banking, and dentistry and over 10 years as an executive PA, she brings a wealth of broad experience and knowledge to Broughton. Her focus now is on helping to develop the People agenda and bring positive change across the Broughton Group.
