Fantasy Football at Broughton

Every football season, Broughton employees organize a fantasy football league. Everyone is invited to join the league and participate in the fun and excitement the competition brings to the workplace every week.

The league is all about enjoying a friendly rivalry between colleagues. Still, as an added incentive, there is a prize for the top three at the end of the season, with everyone contributing £5 to participate. However, the most important thing is gaining bragging rights over workmates every week and ultimately trying to top the league at the end of the season.

The annual competition at Broughton creates some fierce and friendly competition that always provides weekly entertainment for the participants. This year saw 14 members of Broughton test their football knowledge by using their £100 million budget to pick their Premier League dream team, before battling it out for points over 38 weeks of footballing action.

The league was great for creating a sense of camaraderie and discussion. The conclusion of the 2022/23 Premier League season brings down the curtain on this year's Broughton fantasy football league. However, we’ll be back again next season for more football fun and rivalry when more Broughton employees will look to challenge for the title.
