February Food Drive at Broughton

February 2023 sees Broughton working with Skipton Food Bank to raise funds and donate food to those who need it in the local community. During the current cost of living crisis, food banks have become increasingly important to more and more people across the country: Skipton Food Bank supplies emergency food parcels to local people struggling to feed themselves or their families. 

The food bank in Skipton is local to both of the Broughton premises, and many of the Broughton staff are regular contributors to this fantastic cause. Broughton is passionate about local charity work, having raised funds for Mind in Bradford and Children in Need.

Broughton’s staff have been working hard to raise donations for our local food bank and fundraising for The Trussel Trust via justgiving.com. Broughton echos Trussel Trust’s vision of working together to end the need for food banks in the UK.
