• Experience of numerous MHRA audits.
• Project managed production area rebuilds and a replacement purified water system as part of an FDA readiness project.
• Experience in managing small and large teams.

Matt is Broughton's SRC quality manager, having only recently joined the business.

Matt is passionate about compliance in all its many guises. He advocates removing complexity from documents and processes by utilising the skills and knowledge of subject matter experts. Whilst all the time, maintaining compliance.

Matt is a champion for continuous improvement. Matt has led several improvement projects in many pharmaceutical applications, primarily within the production environment and as above, always keeping a check on compliance with current guidance, regulations, expectations, and approved procedures.
